One Month

It seems so weird to be writing this but our little man is a month old!

At one month, Caden is:

• Wearing newborn diapers
• Wearing newborn clothes but some are getting a little tight!
• Weighing 10lbs
• 21.5 inches long
  
• Sleeps in his bouncer at night
• Starting to take naps in his crib or pack-n-play
• Loves music
• Beginning to play with his play gym
• Starting to take a bottle occasionally so he will be used to it in a few weeks
• Grasps my finger when he is nursing and won't let go
• Usually wakes up twice during the night
  
• Very alert during wake times
• Rarely sleeps when we go out in public- he doesn't want to miss anything!
• Makes adorable faces when he is trying to wake up
• Has completely stolen Mommy & Daddy's hearts

Caden Andrew,
One month ago you came into this world and our lives have not been the same since. You have brought such joy and happiness to us and we are absolutely crazy about you. We are excited to see you continue to grow and learn new things but we also want to cherish these days as you being a "newborn". Mommy's favorite time is snuggling with you in the rocking chair as you slowly fall asleep and I hope those times never change. You are such a special little boy to us and truly one of a kind. We thank God everyday for giving us you. We love you forever
